Morning Laughter

Sometimes as a mom, I feel bad. Maybe homework doesn't all get done, or I'm snappy at the kids, or we have junk for dinner. But then, this morning our two-year old is snuggled in our bed and from the other room I hear him laughing and giggling. I go in and he is laughing in his sleep. Wow - he's even happy when he's asleep. And then I realize, I must be doing something right.

Ryan (age 2) and Alex (age 8) have fun trick-or-treating as Buzz Lightyear and a Zombie. Halloween is my favorite holiday and my sister

and I love to dress up and we camp every year at Yogi Bear Campground.

I love cupcakes. Here are some I made for Halloween.

2 Liter Bottles

I had a booth at a craft fair last month. I made some really cool stuff, but silly me forgot to take pictures of it. I took 2 liter bottles, cleaned them and then filled them with cool stuff. You just cover the back where you made the slit with patterned paper and then decorate. People loved them. I had Pirate in a Bottle, Instant Princess and Bottle of Fun - these were the kid themed ones. Here is a picture of the ones I made for Alex's teacher and bus driver, they were Bottle of Relaxation. I put in pedicure stuff, some spa socks, a small wrapped candle and some truffles.

Made this folded shirt card for my father-in-laws birthday. I love these shirt folds. The other card is a flower one I made ages ago and just used. I think it was a class at a scrapbook store that is now out of business.

Memorial Day at Ft. Harrison State Park

What a pretty day. Alex and Ryan loved riding the ponies. Then all three of the boys played on the playground. This is a beautiful park.
