I belong to a local MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) group and they are the greatest.  Last week they had a guest speaker who was a certified laughter therapist - didn't even know there was such a thing.  She was awesome.  I've always know laughter is good for you, and luckily my family and I laugh a lot!!!  I just didn't know how good for you it is.  There are studies that suggest that laughing appears to be almost as beneficial as a workout in boosting the health of blood vessels.  Laughter relaxes arteries and boosts blood flow.  She said that laughter has also been shown to decrease belly fat - WOW!  I've been doing this for ages, can't image how big my belly would be if I didn't laugh like I did.
